1. What types of payments are accepted?
We accept payment by PayPal & Credit Cards
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
2. How do I apply for a discount, use my gift card, or apply my reward points?
To apply a discount code, gift card code, coupon, or your reward points, simply go to your shopping cart, select "Checkout" and the right side of the screen will show the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping charges, there will be a space where you can enter your discount code or gift card code, as well as a space to show available reward points and a button to apply the points to your purchase.
3. Can I apply for a discount after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts to orders after they have been placed; customers must add the code at checkout and during payment. We are also unable to combine discounts on orders. Please be sure to apply your discount before you buy.
4. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
If for any reason we issue a refund to you, expect the refund to be credited to your account/card within approximately 3-5 business days.
5. We process all orders in US dollars.
When the contents of your shopping cart are displayed in any other currency, you will be billed in US dollars at the latest exchange rate.
